This historic 1930s architectural gem is situated on several mountain-view acres of rural bliss with lush gardens, fountains, and meandering pathways. The Mountain Mermaid is a local watering hole and is a popular location for filmmakers and photographers. Nature, serenity, and beauty are the prime amenities at this bucolic retreat.

centering  mindfulness meditation.

Marlyn Diaz will share her 5-Step Approach to Ageless Nutrition and walk you through a day in her shoes as a Nutritionist and a woman who definitely feels better and looks better in her 50s than in her 30s! How does she wake up? What does she eat? What routines and habits have been most effective for her? What has helped her metabolism? What is her evening beauty routine? And how does she make changes to adjust her lifestyle as she ages?
